Product Information
We make every effort to ensure our products are displayed as accurately as possible on our website. Please note that the colours displayed on our site will vary from computer monitor to computer monitor, therefore, we cannot guarantee your monitor will reflect the actual colour of the product. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you are welcome to return your order in a saleable condition, for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.
Payment
We accept most major credit cards and debit cards.
Order Acceptance
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Your card will be charged automatically when you place your order. If we are unable to process your order, a full refund will be issued.
Tax
All orders are subject to UK Value Added Tax, at the applicable rate, which is included in the price stated on the website.
Our VAT number is 946 7655 71.
For orders placed outside the EU, VAT refunds, and customs and import duties applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all goods in stock within 48 hours of receipt of an order to be delivered to UK mainland addresses within 5 working days.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch the goods when they become available. If you are unhappy with the delay of your order, we will refund your money immediately upon request.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify when you place your order. Please ensure you give us the correct delivery address as we will not be liable if you have given incorrect information and the delivery is not received.
All delivery dates are for general guidance purposes. We will not be liable to late deliveries as this is outside our control.

Ownership of Goods
You will receive owenership of the goods once they have been delivered to your specified address and we have received full payment. Until such time, we retain full legal and beneficial ownership of the goods.
Returns and Exchanges
All items must be returned/exchanged within 30 days of receipt, accompanied by the returns/exchange form included with your order.
All items must be returned in an unworn, resaleable condition with tags attached.
We will give you a full refund/exchange within 30 days of receipt or the items.

We recommend you send goods Recorded Delivery as we will not accept liability for parcels lost in transport.
On exchanged goods, we will not charge postage for shipping the exchanged items to you.

If you have a valid claim in respect of any of the goods which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the goods or their failure to meet specification in accordance with these terms, we shall be entitled to replace the goods (or the faulty part in question) free of charge or, at our sole discretion, refund to you the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the price). We shall not be liable to you in connection with this agreement in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any loss of profit, anticipated savings or data (in each case whether direct or indirect) or any indirect loss.
Our aggregate liability to you in connection with this agreement shall not exceed the value of the goods ordered by you.
Notwithstanding anything else in these terms and conditions, we accept unlimited liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Variation of Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on the website from time to time including these terms and conditions.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, to which both parties agree to submit.
